Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Moofonts. By downloading, installing, or using fonts from Moofonts under any of the following licenses: Desktop License, Personal License, Webfont License, Logo License, Extended License, App/Game License, Server License, Broadcast License, or Corporate License, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use any fonts from Moofonts.
License Grant
Moofonts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the fonts downloaded from our website under the specific license you have purchased or obtained, which may include, but not limited to, the following:
- Desktop License: Allows installation of fonts on a specific number of computers.
- Personal License: For non-commercial, personal projects.
- Webfont License: For embedding fonts into websites.
- Logo License: For using fonts in logos and corporate branding.
- Extended License: Provides additional rights beyond the standard license.
- App/Game License: For embedding fonts in mobile apps and games.
- Server License: For installing fonts on servers for use in SaaS applications.
- Broadcast License: For use in television, film, and other broadcast media.
- Corporate License: For enterprise-wide font usage.
Each license type comes with specific terms and restrictions, detailed in the accompanying documentation provided at the time of purchase or download.
Restrictions
- Redistribution of fonts in any form without express written consent from Moofonts is prohibited.
- Fonts may not be used in a manner that disparages Moofonts or its products.
- Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of fonts is forbidden, except as allowed by law.
Intellectual Property Rights
Fonts are the intellectual property of Moofonts. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws internationally. Your use of the fonts must comply with all applicable laws and respect the intellectual property rights of Moofonts.
Termination
This EULA terminates if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the fonts and delete all copies.
Warranty and Liability
Moofonts provides fonts “as is” without warranties. Moofonts isn’t liable for damages or losses resulting from font use.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the licensee operates, excluding conflict of law principles.
Acknowledgment
By using Moofonts’ fonts, you acknowledge you’ve read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
This EULA, including the listed licenses, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Moofonts regarding font use.
